STK 3422 1987 Chevrolet Silverado R-10
When it comes to legendary service, no truck has surpassed the overall quality and reliability of the Chevrolet Silverado. Since 1999 all full-size Chevy pickups have been designated 'Silverado', but from 1975 to 1999 Silverado simply denoted an optional trim level to the C/K pick-up – top-of-the-line. This 1987 Chevy is a RWD Silverado short-bed model and the current owner performed a complete restoration in 2021. The professional exterior Tuxedo Black respray (original color) is in very good condition and the Silverado option package adds nice chrome and stainless accent pieces (grille/emblems are brand new). The bed is fitted with full Duraliner protection and the tailgate has been restored to original condition. Ridler 605 20”alloy wheels mount Ironman radial tires. The interior is also in very good condition featuring all new grey leather upholstery, carpeting, door panels and dash pad. There is a full factory gauge package, Delco AM/FM/Cassette sound system, power windows, rear sliding glass, power locks, cruise, tilt column w/Z28-style wheel and factory A/C w/new compressor. The power window motors and lock actuators have also been replaced.
Horsepower is provided by a rebuilt 350ci small block that delivers torque through a 700R4 OD automatic gearbox to a stock rear differential. The clean chassis is equipped with power steering, power disk/drum brakes (all new components), new dual fuel tanks w/new actuator, 2-1/2” drop front spindles, front sway bar and rear lowering kit. There is also a new battery, dual exhaust outlets and spare tire on Chevy 8” rally wheel. This Silverado is a great ride and should sell quickly. ALL VEHICLES SOLD “AS IS”.
